Took a Bath in England

Did you also say “Baw-th” like an Englishman?

Looking back, I am so impressed by my ability to fit two cities into my schedule in FOUR days while visiting England. A spontaneous day trip to Bath, England with my cousin was really unexpected and fun! In addition to hopping on a commuter train and passing through the English countryside, I also got to explore and experience such a phenomenal and spiritual place like BATH. Bath is also known for its The Roman Bath Museum which is not only a World Heritage Site, but hosts the remarkable remains of one of the greatest religious spas of the ancient world. Also, yes, it did rain the entire time we were there, but I thought that was sort of poetic, don’t you think? “While We were visiting the Roman Baths, in Bath, we were practically taking a Bath in the rain.”… too much?

My Hair was truly getting baptized by the Bath Rain. Oh My.

This was only a day trip so after the museum, we strolled around the city. The old feel of the city was extremely apparent in its architecture. The roads were old, some still layered with cobble stones and the vibe of the city was, although ruin-esque (I know not a word) , very pretty! It was really serene to look and wander through.

We had so much fun that we almost missed the bus back to our train!
