Philanthropy is a huge part of my photography business and when I found out about the 2017 Project Esther program that Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated was hosting, CkingDiamonds had to help out in the only way I knew how, through my art. 

 Project Esther is a program that aims to empower and paper a select group of deserving women in the Northern Virginia community.  This past theme was " Dream IT Dare IT, Do IT". It was a really great program and it was fulfilling to witness such strength and courage in our community.

Photo-wise, it was a tricky situation. I shot this with my canon rebel series camera and was confronted with the normal issues associated with the lackluster dynamic range and horrible low ISO performance, but I think for this purpose, the photos came out just fine. I was able to circumvent the issues with some great lighting provided by the windows.
